How to Book Your Hotel Décor Room Package
Transform your stay into an unforgettable experience with our tailored room décor packages. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or special surprise, booking is quick, easy, and stress-free.
Step 1 – Choose Your Package
Browse our Décor Packages page to select the package that best fits your occasion:

Each package includes a detailed description and available add-ons.
Step 2 – Confirm Hotel & Date
You will need to book your hotel stay separately.
Confirm with the hotel that décor setup is allowed in your room. (Please be aware that some hotels will charge a clean up fee or decor, we also offer clean up service in our add on section.)
Make sure to provide us with the exact hotel name, address, and room type/number.
When booking your stay please inform the front desk of our name/company information.
Step 3 – Book Your Décor Package with Us
Fill out our Event Inquiry Form online or email us directly.
Provide:
Your full name and contact details
Hotel name, address, and room type
Date & time for décor setup
Any special requests or personalization details
We will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation & invoice with in 24-72 hours.
Step 4 – Secure Your Booking
A full payment is required to secure your date.
All payments must be made through this website.
Step 5 – Décor Setup
Our team will arrive before your check-in depending on your package please allow 1-3 hours to set up room.
You will receive a text or phone call once room decor is complete.
Additional Information
Travel Fees: May apply for hotels outside our standard service area.
Customizations: We can tailor colors, themes, and décor elements to match your vision.
Last-Minute Bookings: Based on availability; rush fee will apply.
