Processing Time

  • All custom items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping, depending on the item’s complexity.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us at mtmevents.decor@gmail.com before placing a rush order.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item size and delivery location.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method (typically 2–5 business days for standard shipping).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Custom Orders & Accuracy

  • Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, colors, etc.) before submitting your order.

  • Morgan’s Tailored Moments is not responsible for errors provided by the customer once an order has been confirmed.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us at mtmevents.decor@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery confirmation.

  • We may file a claim on your behalf and will work with you to replace eligible items when possible.

Local Pickup

  • For local clients near Charlottesville or service area, we offer free local pickup by appointment only.

  • Pickup location and time will be coordinated after your order is ready.
