Return & Refund Policy – Morgan’s Tailored Moments

At Morgan’s Tailored Moments, each event is custom-designed and tailored to your unique vision. Because of the personalized nature of our services and products, we have the following return and refund guidelines in place:

1. Retainer Fees

All retainer fees are non-refundable. This fee secures your event date and covers time spent planning, sourcing, and designing in advance.

2. Custom Products & Services

Due to the customized nature of our services (such as balloon garlands, backdrops, party favors, and room setups), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

If there is an issue with the final setup, please notify us on-site or within 24 hours for review.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing.

If you cancel:

More than 14 days prior to your event, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the retainer and any costs incurred).

Within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be issued, as materials are already in production or prepared.

In some cases, your payment may be transferred to a future booking date within 90 days, based on availability.

4. Rescheduling

One-time reschedules are permitted with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Additional reschedules may incur an extra fee.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect custom item (e.g., printed favor, personalized sign), please email mtmevents.decor@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos.

We will review the situation and determine if a replacement or credit is appropriate.

6. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, venue closure). In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule or offer credit toward a future event.

7. Hotel or Venue Charges

Morgan’s Tailored Moments is not liable for any hotel cleaning fees, damage charges, or other venue-imposed costs due to event decor. Please verify all policies with your venue/ hotel in advance.
