Terms of Service – Morgan’s Tailored Moments

Thank you for choosing Morgan’s Tailored Moments to help create your one-of-a-kind celebration. Please review the following Terms of Service, which apply to all bookings and services.

1. Booking & Retainer Fee

  • All services requiring a retainer fee must be secured with a signed contract.

  • The retainer fee is non-refundable and reserves your event date and time.

  • No services will be rendered without both a signed contract and confirmed retainer.

2. Payments

  • Final payment is due no later than [insert days, e.g., 7 days] before your event date, unless otherwise outlined in your contract.

  • We accept the following payment methods: [insert methods, e.g., CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, etc.].

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is permitted one time only, based on availability and must occur within 90 days of the original event date.

  • A new contract and potential rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Travel Fees

  • Events located outside of [insert radius, e.g., 25 miles] from [insert city or ZIP] are subject to a travel fee, calculated based on distance and time.

  • Lodging or overnight accommodations may be required for events that are 75+ miles away or have early/late setup times, and will be billed to the client.

5. Weather-Related Delays & Limitations

  • For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a backup indoor location or adequate weather protection (e.g., tent, covered area).

  • In the event of severe weather, setup times may be delayed or adjusted. We are not responsible for decor damage due to weather conditions if no protection is provided.

  • No refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions outside of our control.

6. Hotel Room Setups

  • Clients must book their hotel room in advance and provide access details at least 48 hours prior to setup.

  • Morgan’s Tailored Moments does not book hotel accommodations on behalf of clients.

  • Please confirm with your hotel whether they allow decorative setups, and note that some hotels may charge additional cleaning or damage fees. We are not liable for any charges incurred by the hotel.

  • Clients must check into the room before our team can begin setup.

7. Setup & Clean-Up

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, loading instructions, and approval from property management (if required).

  • Additional fees may apply for extended setup times, after-hours service, or teardown assistance not outlined in your original contract.

8. Liability

  • Morgan’s Tailored Moments is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents caused by third-party venues, vendors, or guests after setup is complete.

  • Clients assume responsibility for decor once setup is finished and approved.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must confirm event details (location, time, decor theme, etc.) at least 7 days in advance.

  • Timely communication is required for changes, venue issues, or additional services.

10. Photography & Promotion

  • We may photograph your completed setup for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to your event.

  • Images may be used on our website, social media, and portfolio.
